This natural pearl is held by a mostly 22k yellow gold bezel setting.  There is also 14k and 18k yellow gold and 18K green gold bezel. The band is made of 14k, 18k ,22k and 24k yellow gold. 

The setting is Vedic, which means the pearl is touching your skin. 

The band is 5mmx1mm 

Its current ring size is 6.5. Once the ring is added to cart, there is a place to leave a note.  You can tell us there is you need the ring resized.
