Custom Orders

Because we make each piece to order, we have some flexibility in building your ring. However, all sales are final on custom orders. A custom order is defined as making a request that is outside the scope of what you see in the photos of our site. This may include using a stone that is not included on our site or doing a specific type of metal work that we don't already do. If you are not sure if something is a custom order, please inquire. Of course, we can rework a custom ordered piece at a cost to be determined and agreed upon between us. Thanks for your understanding!
