About Carnelian
Carnelian is a variety of chalcedony whose warmth can range from glowing orange to deep red-brown. Its color may appear even or banded, translucent or dense, and those differences determine the direction of each cut.
Our hand-fabricated settings frame the finished stone without separating it from its rough origin. The result is jewelry with concentrated color and a form that could only belong to that particular piece of material. Read more in our Carnelian history article.
